The Knit Look Crochet Hat uses only TWO stitches for the whole hat to make a dense, textured, stretchy hat. It has short row shaping at the top, so it tapers nicely at the top without a bunch of added bulk. 

This pattern includes instructions on making the hat in 2 lengths and with 3 different weights! Make a short hat or a long hat with a fold over brim in either worsted, bulky, or super bulky weight yarn. It looks great as a stash-busting project with all the little yarn tails poking out for a fun, scrappy look. It's perfect for those "too short" scraps that don't work for anything else! 

Materials: 130-170m worsted weight yarn and 6 mm hook OR 85-100m bulky / super bulky yarn and 10mm hook
Difficulty: beginner (uses only ch st and BLO sl st)
You can have the world's worst tension and still make this hat. It's seriously so easy

Pattern is written for one size (adult), but they are really stretchy. The short hat fit my infant as a fold over hat, so the sizes are very adaptable to a variety of sizes.
